well as getting some of the supplies needed to protect the balloon, preparation
(padding railings) of the deck on the roof for protection of the balloon, plus

financial officer for this project, ordering supplies and keeping the financial
records, liaison with IUP purchasing.

take down the balloon (plus helped on short notice with strong wind).

project on the roof of Weyandt Hall.

guy line arrangement to better stabilize the balloon in the wind, as well as
