On the back of the photo in my mother's handwriting is "July 2, '92 Willow Springs"
So, this would have been Willow Springs Country
Club in Wilson, NC.
I found on the internet that the current Wilson Country Club originally opened in May 1915 at the location that is now Willow Springs Country Club, i.e., the Wilson Country Club relocated to its current location in 1973 - with the original location becoming the Willow Springs Country Club.
